Balluff is driving the digitalization of its own processes in all areas: in development and production as well as sales and communication. For Balluff it is important to be in close exchange with its customers. This also means breaking new ground. That’s because marketing automation, e-commerce and social media are becoming increasingly important. That’s why Balluff updated its website in 2017 for which we were presented the German Design Award. Of course, the approach that is important for all other areas also applies to online communication in particular: Not resting on one’s laurels, but constantly developing further.
